Sub-processors
These providers process customer data on behalf of Camada Labs, LLC ("camada"). We give 30 days' notice by email before adding one, as set out in the DPA.
| Provider | Purpose | Location | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting, compute (Workers), storage (R2, D1, KV), queues, language models (Workers AI), vector search (Vectorize), AI Gateway, web analytics | Global network | Always |
| Stripe, Inc. | Billing, payment processing, invoices and receipts | United States | Always |
| Langfuse (open source, self-hosted by camada) | Tracing of language-model calls for debugging. Langfuse GmbH receives nothing; the provider hosting the server will be listed here before tracing is enabled | Not deployed | Only if enabled by camada operators; off today |
| ActiveCampaign, LLC (Postmark) | Transactional email: product emails from the app (sign-in codes, invitations, alert notifications, digests and notices to organization admins) and support email (request confirmations, replies and sign-in links for the support portal) | United States | Always |
Analysis models run on Cloudflare Workers AI through AI Gateway (Llama 3.3 70B for triage, DeepSeek V4 Flash for investigation); no separate model provider sees request data for that step. The chat agent runs on Cloudflare Workers AI as well (glm-5.3-flash, with Llama 3.3 70B as a fallback, through AI Gateway): your question, the tool results it read to answer it and the conversation so far stay inside Cloudflare. It is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans. Memory embeddings (BGE-M3) are computed on Workers AI and stored in Cloudflare Vectorize. The companies that published these models do not receive any data. Tracing of model calls would go to a Langfuse instance camada hosts itself; it is off today.
Sign-in runs inside camada on Cloudflare with Better Auth, which is open source, so there is no third-party authentication processor. Google is not a sub-processor: it only takes part when you choose "Sign in with Google", as your own sign-in provider.
